Frank Farkas – Realtor / General Partner

Originally licensed in 1995, Frank has spent the past 19 years actively involved in the real estate industry in some capacity including time as an agent, wholesaler and investor – both locally and in state of Florida.

Franks personal passion for real estate was a strong motivating factor behind partnering to co-found the FARKAS Realty Group. Following a well thought out timeline, he set out with the goal of filling a need to create a professional Real Estate team specializing in the luxury home market. His vision was dedicated to offering “best-in- class service” while developing and utilizing the most up to date technology for sellers and buyers alike.

Frank also comes with an exceptional background of corporate success. He held previous positions with several Fortune 500 companies in consultative technology sales, training and project management with a strong emphasis in e-Commerce and product development. That background has proved especially valuable during the design and development of Atlanta Dream Living.

During his corporate career, Frank gained valuable experience and success negotiating numerous multi-million dollar contracts and collaborating together with senior executives on a wide variety of projects. Additionally, he’s used his creative talents for writing compelling copy for various advertising and marketing campaigns and also spent a significant amount of time studying interior design while in college. It’s that combination of talents and experiences that helped build immediate success in residential Real Estate as well as develop a unique resource for his clients to leverage to meet their goals. 

In his free time Frank can be found relaxing on the lake, playing tennis or cooking a gourmet meal. He has a passion for photography and traveling to new and exciting destinations. Frank is a huge football fan and is actively involved with coaching both football and lacrosse at the youth level.
