Keith Maehrlein – Owner / Academy Home Inspection

Originally from New Jersey, Keith moved his business to the Atlanta area in 2005. He is a graduate of Ramapo College where he earned a degree in Math and Physics.

Keith has been inspecting homes since 1992. He is a licensed Inspector with Residential Building Code and Plumbing Certification and over 25 years of experience in the HVAC and Electrical industry.

Keith keeps himself updated through frequent continuing education at the Georgia Institute for Home Inspectors. He is diligent about keeping up with the latest building construction trends, mechanical related technology advances as well as local building code changes.
